Booking and consultation policy
Bookings for consultations or masterclasses follow a 48-hour policy. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable. Please note: Our consultations are grounded in years of hands-on experience with curly, wavy, and frizzy hair.
